Section 3(1) in State Bank of India Employees Provident Fund Regulations, 2015
(1)The trustees of the Fund shall be the Directors of the Bank together with four members of the Fund nominated by the Directors for the time being and at every meeting of such trustees, the Chairman of the Bank shall be the Chairman of the meeting and in his absence one of the Directors shall be elected as the Chairman of the meeting.
