Section 22(2)(c) in The M.P. Payment of Wages Rules, 1962

(c)pleader's foes which shall ordinarily be Rs. 10 provided that the authority or the Court, as the case may be, in any proceedings, may reduce the fee lo a sum not less than Rs. 5 or increase it to a sum not exceeding Rs. 30.
