(2)From the date of an order under sub-section (1) until the vacancies are filled, all powers and duties of the Board shall be exercised and performed by such persons in such manner as the [State] [Substituted for the word 'Provincial' by the Adaptation of Laws Order, 1950.] Government may direct.
