Section 2(1) in The Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (Regulation of Controlled Substances) Order, 2013
(1)In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,-(a)"Act" means the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (61 of 1985);(b)"Appendix" means the Appendix appended to this Order;(c)"Form" means a form annexed to this Order;(d)"Schedule" means the Schedules annexed to this Order.
