Section 16 in Karnataka Krishna Basin Development Authority Act, 1992
16. Conditions of service of officers and servants of the Authority.
(1)Subject to such rules as may be prescribed, the Authority may appoint such other officers and employees as it may deem necessary for the efficient discharge of its functions.(2)The recruitment and terms and conditions of service of the officers and servants specified above shall be such as may be prescribed.
