Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
pleased to issue an interim direction to the police concerned, to provide
sufficient police protection to the life and property of the petitioner,
its staff and the students engaged by them, for the smooth running of the
institution and also to start the proper regular functioning of the
educational institution, pending consideration of the above writ petition,
in the interest of justice.
This petition again coming on for admission upon perusing the
petition and the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and this court's
order dated 10.12.2024 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S
S.K.ADHITHYAN, CHRISTY THOMAS, REUBEN CHARLY & SHAHINA NOUSHAD Advocates
for the petitioner and of the GOVERNMENT PLEADER, the court passed the

ORDER
The petitioner to pay the process to effect service of notice on the respondents 4 to 10 as ordered by this court on 10/12/24. The petitioner to also produce the licence to run the institution. The interim order will stand extended till 24/1/25.
