Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Writ Petition (Civil) No.290 of 2015 filed by the petitioner in the High Court was transferred to this Court and was numbered as T.C. (C) No.297 of 2017.
Learned counsel further submits that the case of the petitioner is similar to the cases mentioned in para 29(E) of the Signature Not Verified Digitally signed by JAYANT KUMAR ARORA Date: 2019.04.12 19:53:38 IST judgment dated 27.11.2018 passed by this Court in Alok Kumar Singh Reason:
& Others v. State of U.P. & Others, Civil Appeal No.11370 of 2018 etc. 2 Since SLP (Civil) No.10674 of 2018 and all other connected matters as referred to in para 29(E) of the aforesaid judgment are still pending consideration by this Court, list the present matter alongwith said SLP (Civil) No.10674 of 2018 and all other connected matters.
