(iv)Orientations talks. - At the reception centre, prisoners shall be given orientation talks by welfare officer, Deputy Superintendent and Superintendent Jail. Orientation talks should include rules and regulations of jails, conduct and treatment, health, sanitation, standard of behaviour, discipline, prisoners rights and duties, education, industrial trades and facilities/opportunities for self improvements.
