Section 2 in Ladakh Budhists Succession to Property Act, 2000
2. Definitions.
- In this Act, unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context,-(a)"Budhists" means a person who professes the Budhists faith or religion;(b)"Ladakh" means the District of Ladakh.
