Section 9(1) in Rajasthan Minerals (Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation and Storage) Rules, 2006
(1)Every dealer shall submit Quarterly return to the Mining Engineer or Assistant Mining Engineer concern, about the production, purchases and dispatch of the minerals within seven days from the last day of the preceding quarter in Form No. 9:Provided that Quarterly return may be filed with late fee of Rs. 100/- per day upto 15 days after the period as specified above.Explanation. - For the purpose of these rules, the Quarter means First April to 30th June, First July to 30th September, First October to 31st December, and First January to 31st March.
