Section 29(1) in Bengal Immunity Company Limited (Acquisition And Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1984.
(1)No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Central Government or the existing, or new, Government company or any officer or other employee of that Government or Government company or any officer or other person authorised by that Government or Government company for anything which is in good faith done or intended to done under this Act.
