Section 22(1) in Mizoram Liquor (Prohibition and Control) Act, 2014
(1)Whenever the authority which granted any licence, permit or pass under this Act considers that the licence, permit or pass shall be cancelled for any reason other than those specified in Section 21, it may, subject to such restrictions, if any, as the Government may prescribe by rules under Section 73, cancel the licence, permit or pass either, -(a)on the expiration of fifteen day's notice in writing of its intension to do so, or(b)forthwith without notice, after recording its reasons in writing for doing so.
