03 06.10.2017General citation has already been published in Hindi newspaper as well as English newspaper and copy of both the aforesaid newspapers have already been brought on record which has been kept at flag "1".
So far special citation is concerned, it appears that according to the report of the process server special citation issued to near relative no.1 and 2 were received by wife of near relative no.2.
Therefore, in the aforesaid circumstance, applicant should file affidavit of jointness to show that wife of near relative no.2 is jointly residing with near relative no.1 and 2. Furthermore, applicant should take steps for issuance of fresh citation to near relative no.3 at his present and correct address within three weeks from today.
