ORDER
The petitioners herein seek a direction to 2nd respondent to consider their representation dated 18.12.2023 submitted before the 1st respondent and forwarded to 2nd respondent.
2. The petitioner, by way of his representation, seeks sub-division and issuance of separate patta in respect of his lands situated in S.No.21/2C, 1C, Chinnakutipala Village, Shoolagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District.
3. Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader, who is taking notice for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the petitioner has not filed any formal application for sub-division and grant of separate patta. He further submitted that if any application is filed before the competent authority namely the 2nd respondent, the same will be considered on its' own merits.

In view of the stand taken by the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents, the petitioner is directed to file fresh application before the 2nd respondent seeking sub-division and issue of separate patta within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner shall also pay necessary charges for surveying the land. On submission of appropriate application by the petitioner, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the same and pass final orders on merits within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of application from the petitioner.
5. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
