1. This writ petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner against the orders of the Central Administrative Tribunal ("CAT"). The said order is not the part of the E- file. Learned counsel for the petitioner may place the same on record.
2. Since the petition challenges the orders of the CAT dated 5th August, 2021 and seeks issuance of Admit Card for appearing in the WP (C) No. 8022/2021 Page 1 of 2 examination scheduled for 8th August, 2021, the matter be placed before Hon'ble the Chief Justice for appropriate orders, today itself, i.e. on 7th August, 2021.
