Section 24(1) in The Jharkhand State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Guidelines for Establishment of Forum for Redressal of Grievances of the Consumers and Electricity Ombudsman) Regulations, 2011
(1)Where the complaint is not settled by agreement, the Electricity Ombudsman may determine the manner, the place, the date and the time of the hearing of the matter as he considers appropriate.
