94. Police force.
(1)If the State Government is of the opinion that the police force is required by a municipality on whole time basis for a specified period exceeding one month for carrying out the purposes of this Act, it may, on an application made by the municipality through the Deputy Commissioner, in this behalf, provide such police force.(2)The municipality shall pay the expenses incurred by the State Government in respect of the police force provided under sub-section (1).
