(13)"Director" means -(i)in relation to general education or any part thereof, the Director in charge of primary education (including pre-primary), secondary education, adult education (including non-formal), special education, intermediate education or higher education, as the case may be;(ii)in relation to technical education, the Director of Technical Education;
