The petitioner has challenged the order dated July 13, 2018 passed by the learned Chief Judge, City Sessions Court, Calcutta in Spl. POCSO Case No.1 of 2018. The order pertains to the prayer of the investigating officer of the case for sending the seized mobile phone of the petitioner to the CFSL, which was considered and allowed by the court.
Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to serve the copies of the application along with annexures upon the opposite parties and file an affidavit of service on the next date of hearing.
Let the matter stand over till July 19, 2019.
