Prayer:  Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 2nd respondent in his order dated 7th March, 2013 passed in P.G.A.No.6/2011 in P.G.No.201/2008 and to quash the same to further forbear the respondents from withdrawing the amount of Rs.91,269/- deposited with the 3rd respondent under the payment of Gratuity Act, 1972.

O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent/workmen made a submission that the gratuity amount ordered by the Controlling Authority had already been received by the workmen since the amount of gratuity had been settled in favour of the workmen, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition.
