1. Notice of motion. At the asking of the Court, Ms. Kirti Singh, DAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the official respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioner shall serve two copies of writ petition and the type set to the counsel for the State for proper communication of the order.
2. The petitioner has apprehension about the safety of life and liberty at the hands of respondent Nos.3 and 4, both maternal uncles of his wife. There is already a complaint by the wife against the petitioner for offence under Section 498-A and other offences. The petitioner states that his grievance is independent of the complaint of his wife. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the 2nd respondent-Commissioner of Police, Faridabad and give a representation about the threat C.W.P. No.13828 of 2011 -2- perception that the petitioner has and if such a representation is given, the 2nd respondent will duly consider the same and provide to him such protection as the situation so warrants. This order shall not be taken in any way to stall the complaint made by the wife against the petitioner for offences under Section 498-A and other provisions of IPC.
3. The writ petition is disposed of.
