1. The petitioner has approached this Court assailing the decision of the respondent no.1 to cancel her candidature for the post of Superintendent (General), inter alia on the ground of non-disclosure of information by the petitioner at the time of interview that he was employed elsewhere from whom he failed to produce the NOC.
2. After some arguments, it has been put to learned counsel for the petitioner as to how the impugned order could be faulted when it is an admitted case of the petitioner that he was not able to procure the NOC from his then employer. He prays for time to obtain instructions and make submissions.
