FACTS

Heard on 30.4.14. Appellant present.   Public Authority is represented by  Ms.Anita Agarwal and Shri R.K.Jain.

2. The   Appellant   filed   an   RTI   application   dt.16.7.12   with   the   PIO,   DCHFC  seeking information against eleven points in respect of Neelkamal Co­operative  Group   Housing   Society.     The   PIO   replied   on   13.8.12   furnishing   point   wise  information.   The Appellant filed an appeal dt.7.9.12 with the Appellate Authority  commenting   on   the   information   supplied   against   points   4,   5,   9   and   11.     The  Appellate Authority dismissed the appeal vide his order dt.28.9.12 stating that all  the information has been provided by the SPIO.   Being aggrieved with the reply,  the Appellant filed a second appeal dt.26.12.12 before CIC. Decision

3. The Commission after hearing both sides directs the PIO as follows:

i) to inform the Appellant about the present status of the action taken  with reference to the default making society.
ii) to inform the Appellant about the action taken against the Managing  Committee of the Society based on his letter.

The information should reach the Appellant within three weeks of receipt of  this order.

4. With   regard   to   the   property   insurance   in   Point   11,   the   Respondents  submitted that they had supplied the same for the last three years and beyond that  the same is not being retained by them.   Some of the documents which were not  initially supplied were also supplied to the Appellant during the hearing.

5. The appeal is disposed with the above direction.
