                                                       ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to permit the petition to alter the offence in F.I.R.No.534 of 2019 registered under Sections 279, 337 & 304(A) of I.P.C in Crime No.534 of 2019 of Crl.O.P.No. Of 2020.

2. On the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the 1st respondent register the FIR in Crime No.534 of 2020, for the offence under Sections 279, 337 and 304(A) of IPC.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the 1st respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. While investigation, if there are any ingredients to attract the offence as alleged by the petitioner, the 1st respondent is directed to alter 2/4 http://www.judis.nic.in Crl.O.P.No.6593 of 2020 the FIR accordingly.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
