According to the office report dated 26.10.2021, notices were issued to appellants to make alternative arrangement as the learned counsel appearing earlier has passed away, but the Registered A.D. post has been received back undelivered with postal remarks “the recipient has left, hence returned to sender.” Today, there is no one appearing on behalf of the appellants. Ms. Riddhima Juneja, learned counsel is appearing for the State of Chhattisgarh.

local police to trace out the appellants namely, Govardhan and Rajendra.
It would be pertinent to mention here that at the time when the petition was filed, both the appellants were in jail. However, they were granted bail by this Court vide order dated 06.01.2012. The local police would be able to get the addresses of the appellants with help of bail bonds submitted by them, at the time of applying for bail and also through the sureties, who would have stood for the release of the appellants, which record would be available with the relevant Court concerned. If requested the Court concerned to provide access to the relevant records.
List the matter after three weeks.
