Section 24(1) in The Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education Act, 1997
(1)The Government shall have the power, after considering the advice (if any) tendered by the Board, to issue directions as it may consider necessary in regard to all or any of the matters specified in clause (a) of section 22. the Board concerned shall comply with such directions.
