Section 8(1) in Tamil Nadu Recognised Private Schools (Regulation) Rules, 1974
(1)Every minority school to be established and administered after the date of commencement of the Act shall send a statement in Form V within three months from the date of the opening of the school to the Chief Educational Officer, in the case of Pre-primary, Primary and Middle Schools and to the Joint, Director of School Education (Secondary) in the case of High Schools and Teachers Training Institutes.
