Section 9(4) in The General Grading and Marking Rules, 1988
(4)Resignation tendered by an approved Chemist may be accepted only after written intimation to the concerned Regional Officer of the Directorate and after getting a clearance from that officer in respect of surrendering Agmark labels and sealing pliers, etc., by the Chemist alongwith upto date grading returns to the Directorate.
