Section 13(1)(iii) in Andhra Pradesh Tourism, Culture and Heritage Board Act, 2017

(iii)with the approval of the Government, to make regulations for the establishment of any scheme for the payment of superannuation benefits to such employees or classes of employees as the Authority or Commission may determine, on their death or retirement from the service of the Authority or Commission or on their otherwise leaving the service of the Authority or Commission;
