Section 7(1) in Haryana Urban Development Authority Act, 1977
(1)The [Pradhikaran] [Substituted 'Authority' by Haryana Act No. 28 of 2019, dated 2.8.2019.] shall meet at such times and places and subject to the provisions of sub-sections (2) and (3) observe such rules of procedure in regard to the transaction of its business at such meetings as may be provided by regulations.
