Section 8(1) in Bihar Consumer Protection (appointment, salary, allowances and conditions of service of President and Members of the State Commission and District Forum) Rules, 2019
(1)A serving District Judge, appointed on deputation basis, shall be entitled to such pay and allowances as was being paid for the post he held in the parent department.
