Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
pleased to:
(i) Direct the respondent No. 4 to record the statement of the
complainant in Exhibit P1 crime regarding the settlement of the crime and
communicate the respondent Nos. 6 and 7 regarding settlement of the crime
between parties;
(ii) Direct the respondents 6 and 7 to lift the bar on the operation
of the respective bank account Nos. 0125102000030418 and 24200000010914 of
the petitioners during the pendency of the writ petition (civil).
This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and
the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
SRI.M.SHYJU, Advocate for the petitioners, GOVERNMENT PLEADER for R1 to R4

Adv.R.Rema appearing for the bank seeks time for getting instructions.
