Section 10(1) in The Central Provinces Court of Wards Act, 1899
(1)Whenever the Court of Wards assumes the superintendence of the property of any person under this Act, the fact of such assumption, and the date on which it was sanctioned by the State Government, shall be notified in the local official Gazette.
