Section 20(1) in Graphic Era Hill University Act, 2011
(1)For admission in various courses conducted by the University, 25 percent seats shall be reserve for the permanent resident of State of Uttarakhand, if the reserve seats are vacant, then the said vacant seats may be filled by the other persons, with the permission of State Government.
