Section 34(4) in Rajasthan Co-operative Societies Rules, 2003
(4)[] [Renumbered '(3)' by Notification No. G.S.R. 53, dated 10.7.2017.] A member of the committee of a society shall cease to be such member if he incurs any of the disqualifications mentioned in sub-rule (1) or (2) or incurs any of the disqualifications specified by the Act or ceases to be member of the society (unless he is a member nominated by the Government).
