Section 8(ii) in The U.P. Basic School Teachers (Savings-Cum-Insurance) Rules, 1976
(ii)The contribution of a Member shall be deducted every month from his salary at the time of payment thereof and shall be remitted to the State Government within seven days from the date of such payment.
