Section 7 in The Bihar Molasses (Control) Act, 1947
7. Compliance with directions issued by Controller.
- Every owner, manager or occupier of a factory and every stockist shall notwithstanding any agreement or contract, express or implied, between such producer or stockist and any other person made before or after the commencement of this Act, give priority to and comply with any direction which may from time to time, be issued to him under Section 6, for supply of molasses to the State Government or distilleries.
