An application fora Kharif season lease-(a)may be made only in respect of a compact block of land bounded by field bandhs not less than nine inches high;(b)shall be signed by occupiers of not less than 60 per cent of the irrigable rice area in such block; and(c)shall be submitted not later than 10th June, or on such later date as may be sanctioned by the Divisional Canal Officer.Leases
