Section 21(1) in Gujarat Lokayukta Aayog Act, 2013
(1)No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Lokayukta or the Up-Lokayukta or the Lokayukta Aayog or against any officer, employee, agency or person referred to in section 18 in respect of anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act.
