15. Right of licensee to enter premises of a consumer.
- Every consumer shall allow a licensee or any person authorised by him in writing in this behalf for the purposes of reading or testing the reading of a meter or sub-meter, to enter between sunrise and sunset, any premises in which the meter or the sub-meter is. or is believed to be installed.Concessions, Exemptions, Disputes and Appeals
