Section 8(1)(vii) in The Assam Agricultural Produce Market Act, 1972

(vii)one to be nominated by the Warehousing Corporation, if a warehouse has been established by such Corporation within the market area and where no such warehouse has been established, then two persons shall be elected by the Co-operative Marketing Societies under Clause (iii).
