Section 2(1) in The M.P. Regulation of Uses of Land Act, 1948
(1)"Agriculture" includes-(a)the raising of annual or periodical crops and garden produce;(b)horticulture;(c)the planting and upkeep of orchards; and(d)the reserving of land for fodder, grazing or thatching grass;
