Section 7(1)(g) in Bhagwant Global University Act, 2016

(g)to establish, maintain and recognize such Regional Centres and Study Centres as may be determined by the University from time to time in the manner laid down by the Statutes after the completion of five years of the University. In this regard the guidelines of the State Government and U.G.C. as applicable from time to time shall be followed;
