Section 5(1) in The Rajasthan Self-Financed Private Universities Ordinance, 2004
(1)The State Government, if it is satisfied, after considering the report submitted under sub-section (6) of section 4 that the sponsoring body has complied with the provisions of sub-section (5) of section 4, may, be notification in the Official Gazette, establish a university with such name, location, jurisdiction and with such conditions as may be specified in such notification.
