Section 2(iv) in THE NATIONAL COMMISSION FOR MINORITY EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2006
(iv)after clause (d), the following clause shall be inserted, namely:-' (da)" educational rights of minorities" means the rights of minorities to establish and administer educational institutions of their choice;';
