Section 8(1)(i) in The Paradip Port Trust (Licensing of Stevedores) Regulation, 2009

(i)The CEO of the stevedoring firm has been convicted by the Court of any offence involving moral turpitude and sentenced in respect thereof to imprisonment for not less than six months, and a period of five year has not elapsed from the date of expiry of the sentence.
