Section 14(1) in The Punjab Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizen Rules, 2012
(1)In case, Tribunal receives a report from the Conciliation Officer under sub-rule(3) of rule 10, along with a memorandum of settlement, it shall give notice to both the parties to appear before it on a date to be specified in the notice calling upon them to confirm the settlement.
