Petition under Section 151 of CPC is filed praying that in the
circumstances stated in the memorandum of grounds filed in support of the
petition, the High Court may be pleased to suspend the Decree dt.22-ll-2024
in O.S. No.84/2019 on the file of Ill Additional District Judge, Nellore, Pending
disposal of AS No. 80 of 2025, on the file of the High Court.
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the
affidavI't filed I-n Support thereof and the Order Of the HI-gh' Court dated
19.02.2025, 02.04.2025 & 05.05.2025 made herein and upon hearing the
arguments of Sri T D Pani Kumar Advocate for the Petitioner Sri V.V.S.Rama
Krishna, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 6 and the Court
made the following.
