- No order imposing any of the penalties specified in clause (i) to (iv) of Regulation 64 shall be passed except after the employee is informed in writing of the proposal to take action against him and of the allegations oh which action is imposed to be taken and given an opportunity to make a representation, if any, to be taken into consideration by Disciplinary Authority.
