Section 86(1) in The Karnataka State Rural Development and Panchayat Raj University Act, 2016
(1)It shall be the duty of the first Vice-Chancellor to make arrangements for constituting the, Executive Council, Academic Council, Finance Committee and such other authorities of the University within three months of the notified date as the Government may, by notification, direct.
